$SIGNAL’s treasury will partake in cross-chain yield strategies such as:

• Utilizing the Solid Signal AI

• Utilizing the GMX ecosystem

• Stablecoin farming

• Delta-neutral DEX fees

Barbell treasury allocation

The barbell strategy focuses on investing in both high-risk and no-risk assets. The goal is to balance these two extreme positions, avoiding adding medium-risk assets.

Our treasury will be composed of 80%-90% passive and relatively safe investment strategies, and the remainder 10%-20% will be used for active investment decisions that have inherently more potential upside and more risk (high R/R); combining the two strategies will allow asymmetrical returns without risking the core treasury allocation.

Our initial passive vault will be built using Factor DAO technology, with a diversified leveraged GLP vault (using protocols such as jGLP, Sentiment, and Abracadabra)dedicated and permission only to Solid Signal’s treasury.

We plan to diversify from GLP to gDAI, VLP, and others to balance the potential risks these passive #RealYield protocols can generate.
